Before you write
Many questions are answered in the FAQ, the documentation and on the status page. If you are asking whether something is down, the status page knows first.
What happens after you send the form
The form below creates a message in our help desk with your name, email and subject; you receive an automatic acknowledgement with a reference number within a minute. A person from the department you chose replies by email — usually within a few hours during Indian business hours, and within one business day otherwise. If you do not see the acknowledgement, check your spam folder and add joy.services to your safe senders. We use your details only to answer this enquiry, as described in the Privacy policy; we never add form senders to a mailing list.
Network operators
If you run a network and need to reach us about routing, peering or an attack in progress, the fastest path is noc@joy.services with the affected prefix, the time in UTC and a traceroute. Peering requests should include your ASN, the exchanges or facilities and expected traffic; the peering page lists our policy, communities and pricing, and the AS152565 page has our registry details.
Media and speaking
Journalists and event organisers can reach the founders through press@joy.services. We are happy to talk about running an independent network and cloud from India, about DDoS trends we see on AS152565, and about building infrastructure automation with a small team.
