Dedicated servers
Single-tenant Intel Xeon Gold / Platinum and AMD EPYC systems with NVMe storage, ECC memory, IPMI / iDRAC access, 1–100 G uplinks and the same always-on DDoS filtering as every Joy VPS. You get the whole machine: no noisy neighbours, no hypervisor overhead, your own kernel and your own firewall. Servers are racked in our Mumbai and Noida facilities today, with Singapore on request.
Pricing is component based so you pay for the shape you need rather than a bundle: RAM per GB, NVMe per GB, CPU per core (Gold and Platinum tiers) plus a 1 G or 10 G port. A typical 16-core Gold, 64 GB, 2 × 1 TB NVMe build with a 1 G port lands in the low hundreds of dollars per month; ask for a quote and we return it within one business day.

What is included
- Out-of-band access (IPMI / iDRAC) over a VPN so you can reinstall, mount ISOs and reach the console even when the OS is down.
- Any OS: Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky, Windows Server, Proxmox VE, ESXi or your own image via virtual media.
- Private VLANs between your servers and to your Joy VPS, at no charge within a region.
- Always-on DDoS scrubbing on AS152565; optional Virtual Connect delivery if you run your own edge.
- Hardware replacement within 4 hours for failed components, 24/7 remote hands, and monitoring of the physical host.
Custom builds
Need 2 TB of RAM, GPUs for inference, specific NICs, or a storage node with 24 drives? We source, build, burn-in and rack hardware for you in our Indian and Singapore facilities. Custom builds are quoted with a one-time hardware component (or a monthly lease) and a monthly hosting component; lead time is typically two to four weeks depending on parts availability. GPU nodes (NVIDIA L4 / L40S / A100 class) are offered on 6-month and annual terms.
Colocation
Per-U or full-rack colocation in Tier III facilities with redundant power and cooling. Power is metered per rack; cross-connects into the Joy fabric are $100 one-time; IP transit and DDoS-protected transit are available on the same invoice. Remote hands are included for basic tasks (reboots, cable swaps, media changes) and billed hourly for project work. Ask for a quote through the console (Services → Infrastructure → Request access) or open a Sales ticket with your rack count, power draw and uplink needs.
Bare metal vs VPS — which one?
Choose bare metal when
- you need consistent single-thread performance or a lot of memory bandwidth (databases, game servers, CI farms);
- you want to run your own hypervisor or containers platform;
- licensing counts physical cores or sockets;
- you need more than 10 Gbps of sustained throughput.
Choose a VPS when
- you want a server in 90 seconds with hourly billing;
- your workload fits in 32 vCPU / 128 GB;
- you want snapshots, reinstall and password reset from the console or API;
- you are building a fleet that scales up and down through automation.
Buy hardware
Verified new and refurbished servers, switches, NICs and optics are listed on the Joy Marketplace. Hardware bought there can be shipped to you or racked directly in a Joy facility as colocation. For items above $500 ask for Joy escrow in a ticket.
How to order
- Open a Sales ticket in the console (or use the contact form) with the shape you need: CPU, RAM, storage, port, region and term.
- We reply with a quote within one business day, valid for 14 days.
- Accept the quote; an invoice is issued in your currency and the build begins on payment.
- In-stock configurations are delivered within 48 hours; custom builds within two to four weeks. Credentials and IPMI access arrive by ticket, never by plain email.
