How it works

Listed in minutes, reviewed by humans.

The marketplace runs inside the Joy console, so every seller is a verified Joy customer with a billing profile — not an anonymous account.

Create a listing

From Console → Marketplace: title, category, description, specs, price in USD, location and optional photos. Sellers must own what they list.

Review

Our team checks the listing for accuracy and prohibited items, usually within one business day. Sellers with a clean history are marked verified.

Contact & agree

Buyers log in and contact the seller directly. Prices are shown in your currency but agreed in USD; taxes and shipping are between the parties.

Escrow (optional)

For hardware above $500, ask in a ticket for Joy escrow: the buyer pays Joy, the seller ships, the buyer confirms, Joy releases the funds.

Seller trust

What the badges mean.

Trust signals are earned, never bought. They are attached to the seller's Joy account and follow every listing they publish.

Verified listing

Joy staff confirmed the description, the seller's identity and, for hardware, photos with serial numbers. Verified sellers have completed billing verification and have no open disputes.

Category tags

Hardware (servers, NICs, optics, switches), VPS & servers (capacity resold with the buyer's consent), Software (licences), Services (consulting, migrations, managed ops) and Domains.

Escrow

Available for hardware above $500 through a ticket. Joy holds the funds until the buyer confirms delivery; disputes are handled by the marketplace team within 7 days.

Report a listing

Counterfeit, stolen or misdescribed items are removed and the seller's marketplace access is revoked. Report from the listing page or by ticket.

Rules in short

What can I sell?

Hardware you own, VPS or dedicated capacity you are entitled to resell, transferable software licences, professional services and domain names. Joy verifies listings but is not a party to transactions.

What is prohibited?

Stolen or counterfeit goods, non-transferable licences, accounts on third-party platforms, anything illegal in India, Singapore or the United States, and any listing that violates the Acceptable Use Policy.

How are disputes handled?

For escrow sales, the marketplace team reviews evidence from both sides and decides within 7 days. For direct sales, Joy can mediate and will remove sellers who act in bad faith, but cannot recover funds paid outside escrow.

Can I sell a Joy VPS?

You can sell remaining term on a monthly/annual server. The buyer must have a Joy account; open a ticket and we transfer the instance and its IP to the buyer once both parties confirm.
